De Functie wordt gebruikt om de compensatie van de Cilinder te plaatsen. Voor software die deze vraag steunt, is de Functie AH=EEH gelijkwaardig aan het roepen van deze functie met CX=0400H. De cilindercompensatie wordt aan 0 door al int. 13H teruggesteld dat behalve AH=EEH en AH=EFH wordt geroepen.
